You have multiple oracle installation 32 bit and bit oracle instance running on the server

CAUSE

LD_LIBRARY_PATH_ environment is not set correctly or is missing

SOLUTION

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH_=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH_:$ORACLE_HOME/lib
