Very readily processed by injection moulding and extrusion; readily released from mould. Weldable and weldable by ultrasonic method (good in near field, poor in far field). Good abrasion resistance, moderate load deflection temperature. Rapid embrittlement and discolouration above 80 °C. Good resistance to weathering, alkalis, oils and greases. Not resistant to acids, cresol, phenol. For parts that experience moderate mechanical loading as well as complicated, thin-walled parts where dimensional accuracy is not high. 1) Indicative value for standard atmosphere (23 °C, 50% relative humidity). 2) Indicative value at 20 °C, dry. 3) Indicative values. 4) Include colour code in drawings (see standard N0024 for exception). 5) No substantial change in above numerical values.
