不管你是和一个人交谈，还是对一百个人发表讲话，始终记住你要看着他们。有些人在开始说话时会直视你，但一句话刚说了几个字，他就会中断与你目光的接触，把目光移向窗外。当你走进房间时，目光从容地扫视；然后直视房间里的人，并对他们微笑。微笑是很重要的，它表明你很放松。有人认为走进一个有很多人的房间就像走进一个狮子笼。我不同意这种说法。就算我同意，我也肯定不会看着自己的脚或是天花板。我会注视那头狮子。
Please always remember to look at the people who you talk with,whether there is one or one hundred. Someone looks at you when they are beginning to speak to you, however, he will break eye contact with you when speaking few words and his eyes move to the window. When you enter the room, the action that you glance at people in the room comfortably, then look at and smile at them means you are so relaxed. Some people regard entering the room where are many people as entering the lion cage. Of course,I don’t agree to this thought.And if I agreed, I won’t look at my feet or ceiling. On the contrary, I will stare
at that lion.

学习外语不仅使我懂得了艰苦努力的意义，而且让我了解了不同的文化，让我以一种全新的思维去看待事物。学习一门外语最令人兴奋的收获是我能与更多的人交流。与人交谈是我最喜欢的一项活动，新的语言使我能与陌生人交往，参与他们的谈话，并建立新的难以忘怀的友谊。由于我已能说英语，别人讲英语时我不再茫然不解了。我能够参与其中，并结交朋友。我能与人交流，并能够弥合我所说的语言和所处的文化与他们的语言和文化之间的鸿沟。 Not only can I know the meaning of hardwork and struggle when learning foreign language,but also learn different cultures,that makes me treat things in a new thinking way. The most exciting thing during learning a foreign language is that I can chat with more people. Talking with others is my most favorite activities because new language can make me get along with strangers,have a talk and even build unforgetable friendships with them. Because I have been spoken English ,I know their word when they are talking. I am enable to join in it and make
friends. I can communicate with others,and what’s more, it can build a bridge between the language I said and culture I live and theirs.
