摘要：The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions, for parenteraladministration, of high-molecular proteins with fibrinolytic activity, in particular tissueplasminogen activator (TPA). In aqueous phase, the pharmaceutical compositions formdispersions of mixed micelles which encapsulate the active substance, for example TPA.Micelle formers are phospholipids such as lecithin and bile acid derivatives. Thepharmaceutical compositions are used for the prophylaxis and therapy of thromboses.
