passage structure 1 in which an upper structure 20 and a lower structure 10 areconfigured so as to be displaceable with different behaviors, the lower structure 10includes: a first floor part 11; a second floor part 12 positioned above the first floor part11; and a lower stair part 13 by which the first floor part 11 is communicated with thesecond floor part 12 so as to lift up and down, and the first floor part 11, the secondfloor part 12, and the lower stair part 13 are configured so as to be displaceable with thesame behavior, and an effective passage E through which persons mutually move at thefirst floor part 11 and the second floor part 12 is formed, and mutual intervals betweenthe positions of both end parts in a width direction of the lower stair part 13 when noearthquake occurs and the positions of both end parts in a width direction of theeffective passage E when no earthquake occurs are set to intervals not less than themaximum relative anticipated displacement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
