摘要：Level shifter and related apparatus are provided. The level shifter has first tosixth transistors, wherein drains of the first and the second transistors respectively arecoupled to drains of the fifth and the sixth transistors as two output nodes of the levelshifter, gates of the fifth and the sixth transistors are two input nodes of the level shifter.
A source, a drain and a gate of the third transistor are respectively coupled to a gate ofthe first transistor, the drain of the sixth transistor and a first bias voltage, and a source, adrain and a gate of the fourth transistor are respectively coupled to a gate of the secondtransistor, the drain of the fifth transistor and a second bias voltage.
