1. Sootblowing System 吹灰系统
The sootblowers and sootblowing system shall be supplied for the 900 TPD MSW steam generator. A completely automated, sequential sootblowing
system shall include sootblowers, wall boxes, motor starters and pushbuttons with local disconnect switches, PLC based control system, all necessary steam supply and condensate piping, valves, fittings, hangers, thermal drain valves, etc. In areas of elevated temperatures, electrical components shall be remotely mounted.
所提供的吹灰器和吹灰器系统是为900 TPD MSW 蒸汽锅炉服务的。全自动化顺序吹灰系统,包括吹灰器,壁箱,电机启动器,带有就地断路开关的按钮,以PLC为基础的控制系统,所有必需的蒸汽供应和冷凝水管道,阀门,管件,吊架,热排水阀等。在高温区域,应远程安装电气部件。
The sootblower system shall operate with superheated steam. The steam shall be taken from the superheater outlet piping down-stream of the Purchaser's flow element.
吹灰器系统应与过热蒸汽配合工作。该蒸汽来自买方流量计的过热器出口下游管道。
Piping materials shall conform to the pressure and temperature limitations of ANSI B31.1 and ASME. The sootblower’s steam source shall be taken from the main steam piping and the steam parameters shall be 865 psig/830ºF. The pressure reducing devices shall be supplied by the Vendor.
管道材料应符合ANSI B 31.1和ASME中压力和温度的相关要求。吹灰器的蒸汽源来自主蒸汽管道,蒸汽参数为865 psig /830℉,减压装置由卖方供应。
Control and reducing valves shall be from Fisher Controls, Copes Vulcan, Samson or Purchaser approved equal. All the other valves shall be from Edward, Yarway, Hancock, or Purchaser approved equal.
调节阀和减压阀应为Fisher Controls,Copes Vulcan,Samson或买方同意的同类产品。其他阀门应为Edward,Yarway,Hancock,或买方同意的同类产品。
The piping system, which is provided for the steam supply and drainage, shall be designed to allow for the thermal expansion of the piping system and the boiler. It shall be routed in a serpentine, downward arrangement, with shortest possible flanged connections to the individual sootblowers. Sootblower drains shall terminate at the stoker level with an isolation valve. A provision shall be made for removal of the condensate during the blowing cycle without interruption of the blowing. Each sootblower shall be furnished with a Grade 1a (+/- 1.0% accuracy), 4-1/2 inch dial, 0-600 psig pressure gauge equipped with
stainless steel pigtail siphon and stainless steel, globe type root valve. Gauges shall be provided with indicators to identify the maximum pressure experienced. No plastic gears or gear parts are allowed.

Layout of sootblower 吹灰器布置
Retractable blowers shall be provided for the convection evaporative surface (third pass) and inlet to the superheater. Additional superheater sections which are exposed to flue gas temperatures in excess of 1100ºF at the section inlet, based on 100% MCR Boiler Design Data Sheets, shall also be provided with retractable sootblowers. The remaining superheater banks and the economizer shall have semi-retractable or fixed rotary blowers. Sootblower materials shall be suitable for the temperatures and gas compositions normally encountered when firing municipal solid waste. 应为对流蒸发面(第三通道)和至过热器的进口提供伸缩式吹灰器。根据100% MCR锅炉设计数据表,若过热器其它部分截面进口暴露在超过1100℉的烟气温度中,那么这些截面也应提供伸缩式吹灰器。剩余的过热器管束和省煤器应有半伸缩式或固定旋转式吹灰器。吹灰器材料应适合在燃烧生活垃圾时经常会遇到的温度和烟气成分。吹灰器详见布置图。
Sootblowers shall have steel box beam construction to enclose the drive mechanism, motor, lance and other moving or hot parts for complete
personnel protection and safety. Open bottoms of steel box beams shall be protected by removable expanded metal mesh. 为了能对人员完全起到保护和安全作用,吹灰器应有钢制箱梁结构来密封驱动机构、电机、吹灰和其它活动或较热部件。钢制箱梁的开放式底部应用活动金属网进行保护。
Sootblower mounts and guides shall not be attached to the tube shields.
Blowing element shall be connected to the blower rotating tube using a flexible coupling.
吹灰器安装架和导向装置不应与管道防磨片相连接。用挠性联轴器将吹灰器部件与吹灰器旋转管连接起来。
All sootblowers shall be provided with a positive pressure, sealing air system to wall boxes and poppet valves. This air shall be obtained from the seal air fan system.
所有的吹灰器都应配有正压、密封空气系统至壁箱和圆盘阀。该处空气来自密封
空气风机系统。
2. Sootblower Control System 吹灰器控制系统
Sootblowers shall have 460 volt 3 phase electric motor drives. A NEMA 4 motor starter shall be furnished and installed locally to each sootblower. Individual blower mounted manual pushbuttons shall be provided. Sootblower pushbuttons, limit switches, etc., and motor shall be completely factory wired to the motor starter. Motor starter shall be furnished and wired complete with all necessary relays and auxiliary contacts required for interlocks and control. Terminal blocks shall be provided and wired to accept all remote power and control cables. Local disconnect switches with an external handle to disconnect power and control voltages shall be furnished, installed and wired to starters.
吹灰器应配有460伏3相电机驱动。每台吹灰器都应提供并就地安装一个NEMA 4的电机启动器。此外还应提供安装在单个吹灰器上的手动按钮。吹灰器按钮盒,限位开关等及电机都应在工厂就把电线全部连接到电机启动器上。电机启动器应安装并用电线与所有联锁装置和控制所需要的继电器和辅助接触器进行连接。应提供接线盒,并接上电线来连接所有的远程电源和控制电缆。应提供并安装带有外部把手来切断电源和控制电压的就地隔离开关,并将其接到启动器上。
All instruments that are inserts to be mounted in the Purchaser's control panels shall be shipped directly to the Purchaser's panel manufacturers shop. Examples include the miniature multi-light level indicator and sootblower operator interface station.
所有插入式的仪表都应安装在买方的控制面板上,直接发运到买方面板生产厂家的车间,如,小型的多指示灯的水位指示器及吹灰器操作员界面站。
Since sootblower cabinets will be located outdoors, fiber-optic media converters shall be provided to minimize lightning strike potential.
既然吹灰器柜都将安装在室外,为了避免雷击,应提供光导纤维介质转换器。
The Vendor shall furnish an Allen Bradley PLC (with Ethernet connection) based control system, with Ethernet capability. The control system shall be housed in the Purchaser’s control panel in the main control room. Primary control of the sootblower system shall be an operator interface station (OIS, Panelview - color monitor with minimum 10in screen).

The sootblower control system along with the operator interface station shall be furnished with the required screens to monitor and execute the following functions:

a) Reprogramability of blowing sequence to allow Operator to vary
selected sootblower sequence from the panel. Each sootblower shall have the capability of being placed in Auto, Bypass or Manual Mode. 吹灰顺序的重新编程,以便让操作员能从面板上选择吹灰器程序。每个吹灰器都应能设定在自动、旁路或手动模式上。
b) Manual initiation of the automatic cycle. 自动循环的人工点火。
c) Manual blow of any selected sootblower. 所有被选吹灰器的人工吹灰。 d) Removal of any sootblower or combination of sootblowers from the

e) Manual stop of the automatic cycle at any point with provision for the
completion of any sootblowers in operation.

g) Forward and reverse travel indication for retractable sootblowers. 伸缩式吹灰器前进和后退指示。
h) Automatic retraction of retractable sootblowers upon motor overload. 一旦电机超载,伸缩式吹灰器能自动缩回。
i) Provision of separate SPDT “Sootblowing in Progress” dry contact for
interface with flue gas cleaning control equipment.
为烟气清洗控制设备界面提供单个SPDT“正在进行的吹灰”干触点 。 j) Automatic warm-up and condensate draining system based on thermal
drain valve temperature indication. Use of warm-up timing device may be incorporated, but shall not replace or override temperature sensing for control of warm-up.
在热泄压阀温度显示基础上的自动暖管和冷凝水排放系统。使用暖管定时装置,但不得代替或超过暖管控制能感应的温度。
k) Blower operation elapsed time functions, to alarm and stop blower
sequence if a sootblower takes excessive time to complete its blowing cycle.
若吹灰器完成吹灰循环耗时过长,吹灰器操作耗时功能应能报警并终止
吹灰器程序。
l) Adjustable timer (0-60 minutes), to permit varying the time between
sootblower operations in the sequence. 可调定时器(0-60分钟),允许程序中的吹灰器操作时间有所改变。 m) Reverse of all retractable sootblowers and sequence stop, upon boiler
trip. 一旦锅炉跳闸,所有伸缩式吹灰器和顺序制动都能够转向。
