摘要：Provided is a moving image processing apparatus. A moving image processingapparatus includes: detection means for detecting a boundary of blocks; determinationmeans for determining a strength of the boundary detected by the detection means; anddeciding means for deciding whether or not a filter is to be applied to the boundarybased on the strength of the boundary determined by the determination means. Thedetermination means uses a size of a transformation block to determine the strength ofthe boundary.
