摘要：A gate latch includes a bracket that has flanges with a plurality of holes forreceiving fasteners that enable the bracket to be mounted to a bracket mountingsurface. The bracket has a raised portion joined with the flanges and cooperates with thebracket mounting surface to define a space therebetween. The latch also includes a latch
arm having an end portion thereof pivotally joined with the raised portion and capable oflimited pivotal movement relative to the bracket. The latch arm is received in the spacebetween the raised portion and the mounting surface when the bracket is secured to themounting surface. The latch further includes a catch to be mounted to a catch mountingsurface adjacent to the bracket and the latch arm. The catch includes a latch armreceiving region and a movable lock.
