摘要：An apparatus and method are provided that compensates for the problematictime-varying DC offset by effectively eliminating a near-channel amplitude modulatedinterferer from a signal. The apparatus includes a first channel estimator (302) forestimating a plurality of first channel filter taps Ĥ using a first signal model St, and asecond channel estimator (304) for estimating a plurality of second channel filter taps Husing a second signal model St. The apparatus also includes a processor (306) forselecting which of the first signal model St and the second signal model St is to be usedor was used to substantially eliminate the near-channel amplitude modulated interfererfrom the received signal.
