Product Description
The RF3931 is designed for commercial infrastructure, cellular andWiMAX infrastructure and general purpose broadband amplifier applica-tions. Using an advanced high power density Gallium Nitride (GaN) semi-conductor process, these high-performance amplifiers achieve highefficiency and flat gain over a broad frequency range in a single amplifierdesign. The RF3931 is an unmatched GaN transistor packaged in aflanged ceramic package which provides excellent thermal stabilitythrough the use of advanced heat sink and power dissipation technolo-gies. Ease of integration is accomplished through the incorporation of sim-ple, optimized matching networks external to the package that providewideband gain and power performance in a single amplifier.
