摘要：A surgical operating apparatus comprising, a sheath (18) provided with a distalend part and a proximal end part, an apparatus main body to be coupled to the proximalend part of the sheath (18), a probe (11) which is provided with a distal end part and aproximal end part, is inserted into the sheath (18), and transmits ultrasonic vibration from
the proximal end part side to the distal end part side, a jaw (17) which is turnablysupported at the distal end part of the sheath (18), and is operated to be opened orclosed between a closed position at which the jaw (17) is engaged with the distal end part(3a) of the probe (11), and an opened position at which the jaw (17) is separated from thedistal end part (3a) of the probe (11), a handle (49) which is provided on the apparatusmain body, and operates the opening/closing operation of the jaw (17), a slider section(65) which is provided in the apparatus main body, and is advanced/retreated to bemoved in a central axis direction of the probe (11) between a first movement positioncorresponding to the opened position of the jaw (17) and a second movement positioncorresponding to the closed position of the jaw (17) in accordance with the operation ofthe handle (49), and a notification mechanism (801, 811) for notifying of a state where theslider section (65) has moved by an amount equal to or larger than a set amount on theway thereof from the first movement position to the second movement position.
