Step 2 Grammar 过去进行时 1).肯定式：主语+ was/were+ V-ing +其它. 否定式：主语 + was/were + not + V-ing + 其它. 疑问式：Was/Were + 主语 + V-ing + 其它？ Yes, 主语+was/were.
