【单元教材分析】
本单元课题为“What a day!”,教材内容主要是围绕描述天气和回顾周末活动而展开的话题,表现为日记形式。涉及的主要句型是 “It was sunny/ cloudy/ windy/ rainy. I/ We / He / She flew/ brought/ …”。本单元是在第一单元初步感知规则动词过去式的基础上,展开对不规则动词过去式的学习,是对第1单元所学一般过去时的肯定句式的巩固及延伸,同时又为后续学习奠定基础。此外,教师可根据学情有意识地补充四五年级新教材中有关天气(warm, cool, cold, hot) 及日期等相关内容,将所学知识融会贯通,进一步提高学生听、说、读、写综合语言运用能力。 【学习目标】

本课我先以本人假期去农场开始,以清鲜的画面,喜人的丰收果园农场,鱼儿在清澈的小溪游荡的画面,一下子让烦躁不安的心静下来,享受这美好自然,从而引导学生用过去时表达国庆我在农场上做了什么。并以我采了许多苹果想送刘涛打电话给他,并顺便问他国庆干了什么的电话录音,联结到本课的文本上。让学生再来表述刘涛国庆做的事情。接着以整体阅读文本,完成书后练习。再利用板书复述刘涛与迈克的国庆活动。最后,让学生根据自己的亲身经历描述国庆活动。学以致用,增强学习信心。在培养学生综合语言输出的能力的同时,培养学生养成言谈之礼、行走之礼、观赏之礼等好习惯。
