摘要:Via a driving profile, the tool interacts with a sliding surface (21a) of the drillhole (11g), the radial clearing feed of the undercutting member (16g) being produced inthe wake of the axial working pressure on the revolving tool. During the undercutting
operation, the axis (15g) of the tool moves from its initial position in which it is at adistance from the drill-hole axis into an end position in which it lies approximately in thedrill-hole axis. The driving profile is formed by the end face of a separate driving elementembedded in the shank (14g) and projecting axially from the latter. A bearing body (25g)forming the sliding surface can be inserted into the drill hole (11g) if required while beingcentred. Consequently, the tool can be used in extremely hard rock or concrete inpercussion-drilling operation and also in soft rock in drilling operation. In addition, thefundamental preconditions exist for the production of undercuts of differentconfiguration so that adaptation to structures of different nature and hardness ispossible (Figs. 20, 21)
