摘要：A document rearranging system is disclosed which includes an optical diskdevice (16) storing a totality of electrical image information representing paperdocuments, a first CRT (76) for displaying new document image information to be filed,and a second CRT (52) for selectively displaying a first image presenting a perspective
pictoral illustration of an actual work place in which various types of document filingoffice equipment including a desk with drawers and a filing cabinet are arranged and asecond image representing desired one set of filing holders among a plurality of sets offiling holders in the office equipments. A CPU section (20, 40) is provided to: cause thesecond CRT (52) to display the first image; change a display screen so as to display thesecond image which enlarges and illustrates the set of filing holders contained in oneoffice equipment selected by the operator who refers to a conceptual work place imagedisplayed on the second CRT (52); produce code data specifying a holder image
component se- lected by the operator; and correlate the document information with theelectrical code data to store the document information in the optical disk device (16).
